CUSTOMIZATION

Many items are fully customizable; please call for a quotation on special sizing, materials, finishes or configurations.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary with piece and finish. Most pieces ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Some items require a slightly longer lead-time. For custom and special orders, please call to inquire about lead time.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping charges vary with piece and destination. Many of the designs are made to ship easily by ground service. Please call for an accurate quote.

SWATCHES AND SAMPLES

Samples of material and finishes are available for most items. Please call to arrange for sample delivery.

RETURNS

Furniture orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. Defective Merchandise being returned must be unused and in the original package. All returns are to be shiped freight prepaid. Every Effort will be made to replace a defective merchandise with an identical or substantially similar item. Credit will not be issued. Once we receive your returned goods, we will send out a replacement item. Please allow fifteen working days to process merchandise returns.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final after confirming the order with us.

DISCREPANCIES IN SHIPMENT

All missing items or errors from your order must be reported to us within three business days of receipt. We are under no obligation to ship any discrepancies after this period.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All items are non-refundable.
